The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ18 camera characteristics and information

The obvious appeal of the Panasonic DMC FZ18 is its 18x optical zoom. This is one of the first digital cameras to increase the length of the lens to a consumer digital camera beyond 12 XS. The objective is supported by the image stabilization to help reduce the vibrations of all caused by excess weight the lens. The DMC FZ18 also hosts an array of manual controls and settings and is based on the lines of a digital SLR. In fact, one of the most complete package in cameras, you can buy. It has 8 megapixels.
The FZ18 is the successor to the FZ8. The biggest change in the bowels of the zoom camera is the most powerful. The FZ8 has a 12x optical zoom and the FZ18 gets an 18x optical zoom. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ18 is shaped like a reflex, but is more compact. The handle is covered with rubber texture that feels almost like silk.
